Got into advertising business in 2002 as a trainee in Ukrainian office of a network advertising agency Linea12|McCann-Erickson and continued there as Research Executive at Strategic Planning & Research department. Graduated from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla academy as Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2003 and obtained Master’s degree in Economic Theory there in 2004.

Continued as Research Manager in a local Kyiv media agency Creative Media Service in 2005. A year later got promoted and became Head of Research department being responsible for strategic media planning and media research for Samsung in Ukraine.

In 2006 changed focus from research to communications planning as she moved to a position of Media Account Manager in a full-service advertising agency MAXIMA Kyiv. Anastasiya was part of the team responsible for strategic media planning and buying for UMC account – one of the biggest mobile operators in Ukraine – including successful rebranding of UMC into MTS.

A dream to become a Strategic Planner that was strong since her early career years came true in 2008 as she moved to a Kyiv office of a network media agency AiTi/ Carat. In 2010 agency won media pitch for The Coca-Cola Company account and Anastasiya as Senior Strategic Planner became team leader of the group responsible for strategic media planning and buying for TCCC account. Here she got a truly ‘once in a lifetime experience’ during EURO-2012 project. Ukrainian execution of Coca-Cola brand integration into this outstanding football event was acknowledged to be one of the best in a company’s history.

Autumn of 2012 brought a new career opportunity and Anastasiya became Strategic Media Planning & Innovations Director at the major TV sales-house of Ukraine StarLight Sales. Here she worked at ground zero of New Business department and supervised key accounts management. Lead advertising accountability research and ROMI modelling while being also responsible for media research negotiations and buying. Coaching and public speaking at industry events became her true passion. At the same time she was associated lecturer at Media faculty of Advertising School and guest speaker on media and communications at variety of business schools in Kyiv.

Returned to advertising agency world as CEO of Starcom|MediaVest Moldova in spring 2017. Anastasiya’s key challenge will be team coaching and agency business development.
